Arthroplasty (Joint Replacement)
SHOULDER REPLACEMENT
During shoulder replacement surgery, the injured shoulder pieces are removed and swapped for prosthetic replacements in the form of anatomic or reverse total shoulder replacement.
TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENT
The diseased bone and cartilage are removed during a total hip replacement and replaced with prosthetic parts.
PARTIAL KNEE REPLACEMENT
Partial knee replacement, also known as unicompartmental knee replacement, is a surgical procedure designed to relieve pain and restore function in a knee joint that has been partially damaged by arthritis or injury.
TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT
In a total knee replacement surgical operation, prosthetic components are used to replace the damaged knee joint.
WRIST, THUMB AND FINGER JOINT REPLACEMENTS
In a surgical operation called a wrist, thumb, or finger joint replacement, the structures of the joint are removed and replaced with new components.
ELBOW REPLACEMENT
Elbow replacement is a surgical procedure aimed at relieving pain and restoring function in an elbow joint that has been damaged by injury, arthritis, or other degenerative conditions.
